One of the highest priorities for Emailvision is data security. Emailvision has dedicated IT Security professionals working around the clock to guarantee that business critical data is secure. Emailvision takes every measure to protect against the loss and unauthorized access of data. Client data is hosted within the European community and is governed and protected by European laws, which are among the strictest regulations anywhere in the world.

Infrastructure Security

Two of the most secure data center facilities in the industry are used to host the application and client data. Both data center providers have achieved the ISO27001 Security Management standard and are compliant with the Sarbanes-Oxley regulation (SAS70). All private data is encrypted using high-grade encryption (RC4) and transmitted via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to Emailvision’s servers. Unique logins and passwords must be entered every time a customer logs on.

Security Audits

The Emailvision Senior Management Committee carries out monthly validation and revision of data security policies and protective measures. In addition to these internal tests, Emailvision conducts four external audits per year on the security architecture and application to ensure that data security levels remain above the standards of the market. These audits involve extensive security, intrusion and reliability tests.
