Personalisation of the receiver

You can personalise your marketing messages with simple data such as first and last name. Or you can go beyond the basics to customise your content according to demographic and behavioural data such as response from past email campaigns and buying history. You can also integrate other personalised account information such as a number of points in a loyalty programme, or a personal id code. Each message becomes a highly tailored offer with minimal effort.

Personalisation of the sender

The sender name of your email campaigns should come from a trustworthy and reliable source (you and your brand). You can personalise the “from” field with the names of your sales manager or company President.

Dynamic Content

Campaign Commander™ dynamic content tools allow you to build marketing offers or news with variable image and text content. For example, you can change a photograph of a man or a woman in your creative according to the sex of each of your list members.

Dynamic personalisation of content can also be driven by the past behaviour of your customers: for example, you can add a special re-activation discount offer to customers who have not purchased any products for the last 18 Months or alternatively add a special loyalty gift offer to your best customers.
